Hi everyone

First post here after finding this amazing site.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for my upcoming holiday:

I fly (with Singapore Airlines) to Hanoi, Vietnam on 27 December stopping off in Singapore for 24 hours on the way there. I've booked my hotels in Hanoi but not in Singapore yet.

Any tips about what to do in either city or on getting a good deal on a hotel in Singapore would be much appreciated.
