I don't know how much more explicit it needs to get. If it wasn't for getting the Amadeus code (by accident), I wouldn't even have been able to use checkmytrip, as SWISS' PNRs aren't recognised by Amadeus.

No news yet on getting it fixed, but I'll be one extremely grumpy traveller if they start arguing with me about it.
Whoa. Forgot to follow up on this. I did, subsequently, get credited as if it was flown in B class all the way. But only after I moaned at M&M and sent them the itinerary showing it booked and ticketed in B class.

Maybe the lesson here is to raise a question every-time it gets credited in a different fare class to that shown on on the ticket?
