If you've got Amex Membership Reward points you can transfer them to OnePass in block of 1000. After the accounts are linked, transfers are instant. You can also purchase miles from CO for $32/1000 miles.

I would suggest you make sure the award you wish to book is available and reserved prior to paying to move or purchasing any miles.
