Sounds like the whole project will be called Aman at Sevti Stefan. You can read it all under Aman News in their web site. Rooms will have fireplaces so that could make it really nice till the warm weather in the summer.
The first phase at Amansvetistefan (the hotel Milocer) is open during december.
Rates are €400 for a garden view suite, €500 for a seaview and €600 for Queen Marija suite.
I have received the following email from amanresorts:
"Amanresorts is undertaking a beautiful restoration of the historic island of Sveti Stefan and Villa Milocer set on 32 hectares of conifer forestland. "
"The six suites of Villa Milocer, a graceful summer house built in 1934 by Queen Marija overlooking its own pink sandy beach are officially open and during the summer of 2009, Aman Sveti Stefan will be launched including the 15th century island village of Sveti Stefan."
"During the month of January Villa Milocer will have a seasonal closure. Please do let me know if you would be open to joining us during December if your travel plans are open to change. "
"The suites in Villa Milocer have two different aspects: Sea View Suites offer views over Milocer Beach towards the island of Sveti Stefan whilst the Garden View Suites enjoy views of the Milocer gardens. "
"I have attached our information & rate sheet for your reference."
