Correct! But pink eye for one - is not in my endeavor to contract off of a touch screen.
In all fairness, I have not been sick for the past four years. I really only take determined precautions when flying. I use Vicks in my nose every few hours - applied with a Q-tip - not the index finger! Also, works well when in very cold climates - keeps the nose moist. When using the lav, I don't directly touch the latches or the door.
I've only used the touchscreen at Seatac once and twice in YVR and YEG. Most of the time I come prepared with my boarding pass printed.
