Curiously, I am seeing a number of new names in the past week in 3 different emails. And am getting replies from the Voice5 address whereas in the past the highest number I saw was Voice3.

I had about 30 emails with someone superb at Voice 3 in the past and he is not mentioned above. Also a couple of helpful ladies there on the other Voice email line.

Emails to that Voice3 address now always get another staffer responding - unfortunately.
