I have had reason to contact the 1K email line on numerous occasions lately in relation to separate matters and multiple itineraries.
What surprises me is the same names of 1K staff members replying keep coming up - eg Mr or Mrs Esmail,Johnson etc.Are there only a few staffers looking after all us 1Ks or do specific staffers look after specific mp numbers ??
Another option is that pseudonyms are used but again I ask would multiple staff use the same name?
