That's a nice segment! Puts the airline in a very good light without any heavy handed pitches.

One item that did resonate quite negatively with me, starts around 4:12 in the segment; when the Kiosks were discussed, it shows a patron at the kiosk screen touching the screen and then immediately touching her face. The transfer of germs from or to the touchscreens is one reason I prefer not to use the touchscreens. This segment demonstrates this very convincingly! ^
