^^

I'd stay there just for the restaurant.

RGR at the Trianon is an amazing restaurant that, IMO, is better than the now way too busy and sterile Hospital Road. After a fabulous lunch, we were fortunate to tour the kitchen and chat with head chef Simone Zanoni, an immensely talented young chef with a great sense of humor... "Gordon asked me if I wanted to run his new Paris restaurant and I signed the damn contract before I found out that it out here and not in Paris!"
