I think you have a reservation booked at RACK rather than an award reservation. You might want to contact the SPG Customer Contact Center and escalate this to Corporate Customer Service if you are not Platinum. If you are Platinum, I would call the Platinum Concierge line and ask to speak to a supervisor.
