Thanks for the reply. No, I received no email. I made the reservation just yesterday, moments before I saw this thread! I received the "Rest Easy" confirmation email.

The CSR who made the reservation told me that the rack rate (590Eur) would show on my reservation, but not to worry because the reservation would have my award certificate number and info. This leaves the real possibility for someone (who is not an FT member) to show up for check-in an be refused!

Then I came to get some current info on the hotel and I find this! What irks me is that the property is still listed at the SPG website like there's nothing unusual... I found the info clicking a small "special conditions" link (that I hadn't seen before). And then it's at the end of the page there, after the pool closure hours!?

Isn't this like, the most important information someone should have considering it is an SPG website?! There's barely 30 days left that this hotel will be SPG! It should be emblazoned at the top of the listing in bold that this hotel is history for SPG.

So, what is the status of my reservation?
