Christmas Eve Restaurant Recommendations
Xmas eve will open up some possibilities and close off others. Seems like Opentable has more available than on Xmas Day
May I recommend Alamo Square Seafood Grill (Hayes Valley) for Xmas eve? We just had our FT wine dinner there and it was wonderful - cozy French style bistro.
Or a personal fave where we have spend the past few Xmas Eves - 1550 Hyde Restaurant and Wine Bar.(Russian Hill) Tell Kent you know Roberta and Bob and order the Berkshire Pork Chop if it's on the menu!
Or if you can eat early, Kokkari for Greek - (Financial District) - get the grilled tuna = if they have it.
