I would order the special meal. The Y meals are a vegetarian pasta or meat option and if you're not in the econ plus seating the pasta could be all selected before the meal cart reaches you. If you're upgraded to C you can ask the purser when they take the meal orders if you can switch your special meal for one of the items on the menu.
