Supposedly, the IronKey he linked there is supposed to be proof-positive against it. Double and triple-encrypted, epoxy filling, electron-shielded, self-destructing after ten incorrect password hits; it certainly seems fairly cracker-jack.
Personally, I'd probably bet on the fact that the US government could crack it in relatively short order. Or I've just been watching too many episodes of X-Files.
