UBB does
not allow or support any thread to "stick" atop a Forum it seems, as occurs on Sheryl's priceline boards etc. (See
techgirl's unofficial gatherings thread in Community for example.) I will bookmark this thread and paste it whenever a new user has a question in this area. Others may elect to do the same. If others update fare classes on the thread I can readily update the info in initial post.
