Alinea in Chicago. 26 course tasting menu with approximately 13-15 wine pairs as well.
US$550 per person, inclusive of tax and tip. I don't recall the specific breakdown of wine vs. food, but I think it was approximately 60% food cost and 40% wine cost.
Best meal of my entire life, and I will repeat it again for valentine's day!
Second most expensive meal for me was Alex @ Wynn Las Vegas - around $350 per person tax and tip inclusive. The food was good, but Alinea blew Alex out of the water.
