We have not use Delta in quite awhile. My son is using a 25K award from SLC to ILM next this week. I am trying to find out what the change fee is for changing just the date. Seats were available for the date he would like today (they might be gone by now). I have gotten 3 different answers today from DL agents today. According to the website to reissue is $100 but this is just a date change. In my old world this was considered a revalidation.
I was also told by their res reps there is no longer a Skymiles department?
