Except for those of us who regularly fly to Hawaii for business. Those 15,000 mile upgrades sure are (were) nice on that 14 hour trip from the east coast. I'd pay $50 in a heartbeat, but there is no way I can afford $500 each way (particularly to sit in 2-class F).
