Landed at LAX (Continental, terminal 6) yesterday (Sunday) at noon. waited ~10min before the 1st shuttle came by...it passed the shuttle pickup without stopping - even though several people were waving at it. 10 minutes later a second shuttle passed - same story. the third came 10 minutes later and refused to let on people with large bags.

None of the three shuttles observed was more than 75% full...I got the GM's business card from the Exec Selection rep & plan on calling today to complain...

Has anyone else experienced this??
