For my country this is simply not true. If you signed for the charge they can come to you up to 1 or 2 years after transaction date. And if you signed for a charge over here, the same is true. And seriously: I do not believe that this is different in ths US.


I would generally agree with you on such matters but this past few days of revelations about how those NYC and WPB residents "discovered" they were broke leads me to believe that if people are not intimately aware of their investment holdings (or those in funds they put their money into) then there must be some who have similar levels of casualness about their FF and FS accounts. Sad but true...the rich are no like you and I!

But I concur that if a stay did occur and points not deducted at the time, SPG has the right to take those points at any time when an audit reveals the lapse had occurred.
