This is totally ridiculous... I'm seriously starting to reconsider using AMS and KLM in the future. It seems LHR is the only place that is thinking about reducing the hassle rather than increase it. Though then again if KLM continue to offer their nice cheap fares I will probably use them for some weekend getaways since they're perfect if I'm working during the week in NCL.
