I looked through Redeeming, and see no mention. I looked through the Enhancements link, see no mention. (And I can't figure out how to find the T&Cs!)
In fact, on the Redemption page, it says:
Redemption Requirement
Once you have crossed the prescribed threshold limit of mileage points, you can start redeeming them for free tickets right away.
Please note: I don't think you can link to the exact page, because of the way their website works. You have to explain how to navigate to the page you mean from the link you gave above, which puts you at a main page (at least if you are not logged in).
I see it exactly on the site I provided the link for. This is what i see:

Redemption on LH would be against LH flight nos. operated by Lufthansa.
