Many of my co-workers in HK who travel frequently to the mainland have dual-SIM phones. They are satisfied with them - say it's much less hassle than switching SIMs at Lo Wu.

I don't know the models available, but this seems like a good indication that viable products are out there. I'll ask more an dpost back next time I'm out there.
