Tried basically "Mexican Breakfast Pizza" this morning. It was pretty good, but we figured out a few things that were missing. Scrambled the eggs before placing on the pizza crust, which was important. We used mild orange breakfast salsa, and the salsa could've been spicier. Next time, I think we're going to mix in diced jalapenos with the salsa. We're also going to add chorizo as a topping.
