Copy of my email to AS, about AS 259, PVR to LAX on 12/12.

I am writing to compliment a flight attendant named Tanna. For reasons unknown, PVR was confiscating liquids immediately before boarding, even those purchased post-security. I take medication that leaves my mouth and throat incredibly dry, which is a special concern in dry airplane air. I was distressed when I boarded, and Tanna brought me water before takeoff, and said she'd help me as much as possible during the flight. I thanked her, but was still fairly upset -- I know it seems trivial, but even 15 minutes with no liquids available is pretty taxing for me. She came back a few minutes later and offered me the bottle she had brought with her from the hotel. This was truly going above and beyond and I wanted Alaska to know about it. Please extend my thanks once again.
