It seems as if most people drive from San Juan area to Ponce.
What are the alternatives? Is the "air taxi" easy to get at the airport (without a reservation?)? Any other options to get from SJU to Ponce?
We were there in July. If I recall correctly we were in Ponce within 2 hours of our Flight landing in SJU. That was with rental car, etc. AA has some flights in between, but I didn't feel it was worth the layover.
