I dont agree that it isnt there problem. They gave him the wine or other alcohol, they are responsible for maintaining a safe environment on the aircraft. It sounds like they did neither in this case. I would probably file a complaint with the FAA. Not sure it will do anything but they really shouldnt allow this.
