I think it all depends on what you expect WT+ to be. If you're looking for Club-lite you're going to be disappointed. If on the other hand you're looking, as I am, for space to open the PC and not have it jambed in under your ribs, or the display broken, when the guy in front reclines his seat, then it's a decent deal.

One way to look at it is the extra space the seat takes over WT requires about a 40% premium to break even. I'm willing to pay a little more than that for the space and the power outlet on flights over about 6 hours. I'm happy to eat from foil trays and drink from plastic glasses, but BA won't persuade me to pay much more than a 50% premium for equivalent ticket flexibility.
