Neither are big problems and are certainly not unique to one aircraft in particular. I've heard it on an AS 739 and MD-80, a WN 733 and 73G and so on.
It happens on every Airbus I've ever been on. Perhaps Airbus doesn't install scrubbers on it's gear?
