Row 4 seats (all of them, not just AB are just as good as 4KL). Yes, the main pursers little office is behind 4KL, but is mostly empty and noise-free. You won't even hear the galley in either 4KL or 4AB. There is only 1, MAYBE 2 FA's, that stays awake during the overnight flight to replenish the bar and make occasional trips into the cabin to check on pax. You won't hear a thing, especially if wearing earplugs. To me, 3B is not the best seat, but 4B is. Because in 3B, you actually do not have as much footroom as in 4B. The wall is RIGHT in front of your feet when you have the seat in the bed position so even though I am only 1m73 (5'8"), My feet are firmly pressed against the wall when I am sleeping. With 4B, I have a bit more room and my feet have room to wiggle and flail about if needed. :-D Yes, you will get served first and always get your choice of meals without worry. And you can be assured that you can get to sleep much faster as well because your tray will have been taken quite quickly. I also find that sitting here means that after breakfast I have enough time to get to the bathroom and change into my proper unwrinkled clothes without rushing. I fear that if I was sitting in the main C cabin, I might not have alot of time. Often I have noticed that breakfast starts about 1 hour before arrival and we are usually descending just as I am headed to the bathroom to brush my teeth and change 30 minutes before landing.
