Those seats are fine, especially since there are 3 of you. Unlike row 4 and higher, your legs wont go into a cave in the back of someone's seat because there is not seat in front of you. If the middle person needs to get up and use the restroom, they would be able to to walk around the others who have extended their beds. The only difference is that if it's version 2 and there's no foot rest, you may slide down. I found that even though there was no foot stop on version 2 on our return flight, the back of the back of the leg cave stopped my feet from sliding. Also, your tv will be on an arm that pulls out of the arm rest, the tv itself is smaller and I thought that was annoying if you wanted to watch something at meal time. I personally preferred row 4. However, row 3 middle section is fantastic, the only thing in front of you is a wall and then first class. The greatest benefit that you will have is that all 3 of you will be able to extend your seats to flat and not have to worry about someone climbing over you to get out and use the restroom. I think it's an excellent choice for 3 people flying. Seat guru tends to be critical of bulkhead seats but I believe these are an excellent choice. Personally I felt that there was so much attention from the FA's since this is a mini cabin and the rest of biz class is in the rear cabin behind the galley. We never wanted for anything, the meals came out first and they never ran out of a particular option, we were first to have lights out since we finished meal service first. Overall, I would try to book in this forward cabin from now on, I really thought it had a very exclusive feel to it, keeping in mind to avoid middle seats in row 4 or anything on the side of the lavratory. Have a great flight !
