Sounds like the wheel is out of balance, or the "scrubbers" (the non-technical term for the little pads that stop the wheels from spinning upon liftoff) are going bad.

Neither are big problems and are certainly not unique to one aircraft in particular. I've heard it on an AS 739 and MD-80, a WN 733 and 73G and so on.
