In short, for most tickets, you can get a voucher for its full value, or a refund minus a 10% processing fee, up to a year after issued. Special rules apply for accommodations/upgrades. It used to be the case you could get a full refund provided the ticket had not been printed, but perhaps that has changed.
Indeed, you can get a full refund for tickets paid but not printed. I just did it this week; the full fare was refunded to my credit card in just a few days.
