Since you're not GS, you can't upgrade award tickets. That leaves you two choices:

1) Book F award tickets to Hawaii
2) Book revenue tickets and upgrade.

Things to consider:
- Flights to Hawaii are popular for upgrades, so I wouldn't count on e-500s clearing.
- Using miles, you can confirm upgrades in advance.
- It's unlikely that you'll find 5 award seats in F. You'll probably need to use a combination of award tickets + upgraded revenue tickets.
