My experiences @ PBI have never been that bad, and I use it almost weekly.
During showbird season it gets busier, that I agree, however I have never done more than 30 mins at the TSA for the B gates. And even with that, the overall time to get on a plane for somebody living within a 15 mile radius is still unbeatable.
