We were checked out by a female staff with long brown hair who handled our bag at Cancun airport (am now sorry that I didn't get her name). Can't you call to find out? Or have someone investigate? My husband needs his mouth guard when he sleeps or else he gets severe headaches and migraines. We had to go to a doctor to reorder it but he will be without it for a week!!

Unfortunately for
lostluggage08 there has been a string of problems... from JetBlue in this thread, to Air India and Expedia (see thread started yesterday by this poster

Nothing seems to be going right and no-one seems to be able to offer advice which is deemed appropriate by the OP.
The very valuable lesson here is that travel insurance is important to cover, amongst other things, lost luggage, and not to ever place valuable or critical articles (such as a mouth guard) in checked luggage.
To the jetblue staff on this board who have provided help, ^
