Not true, I'm afraid. The Doubletree looks identical on PL, but not on HW. If you want to be certain, HW is almost always the better bet. However, it seems that ironically, the Doubletree is rarely won on PL bids, so you are more likely (but not guaranteed) to get the Hyatt.
To the OP: hope that your friend manages to get a price that she is happy with, and that it all goes as well as possible.
