MTVu is still available, still offering 5 points on the dollar for restaurants, movies, music stores, and book stores. I've been using it for years and between that and my 5x points for groceries pharmacies and gas (Citi plat amex), I crank out about 4500 points per month. I burn them for flights at 2¢ per point, which yield an ultimate value of about 10% back.
I've seen that card before, thought of getting it despite the fact of having something that says 'MTV' in my wallet. However, does Citi do much to enforce the fact that this is a 'College Students Only' card?
I know the application requires you to put in your
