Not sure if prepaid rates are eligible or not... but for sure flexible rates at their official web site are eligible.
All hotel stays are eligible, with the exception of complimentary stays, redemption stays, stays at discounted rates for airlines, hotels, travel companies and travel agency employees, and hotel stays at group/convention rates, holiday packages and wholesale rates, reduced and promotional rates.
