Which you can also do on Betterbiding for Priceline (with more results).
In this case, the Hyatt is the only 3.5* to have come up in that zone on PL (and the only 4* on Hotwire) so you have the same high, but not guaranteed level of certainty. I don't think the OP's friend should pay maybe 50% more for that "advantage".
