Playsmart,
Sorry but just by looking at the picture I can immediately tell that it's not FAA approved. An allowable CRS must have a solid, hard back and it looks like this one is soft sided. If there is any doubt at all they will ask to see the FAA sticker and it specifically says "Not approved for airplane use".
Sorry, hope you can find another one that is allowed. Have you considered the CARES system?
