No 787 before 2012, if then, or ever. No new planes before 2012 other than the A380-s.
The plans to retire 747-338s have not worked. It remains to be seen which of the routes of the 33 747s shall be shifted to A380. The initial three routes - LAX-MEL, LAX-SYD, SYD-SIN-LHR - would accommodate 6...7 frames for daily service. Which may be all QF gets in 2009.
At most, Qantas may get 8 frames and need 6 for the said 3 routes... use for the next 2?
