It seems that 20A would be better considering the exit slide won't be in your way from that seat. Also, I think the "window" for 19F is slightly off center and/or you have to use the window in the slide, which isn't much of a window.

Frankly, go for 27A or 27F. Window seats and extra leg room, so if you do have to get up, you're not really bothering people too much.
