Just from what I've read here, it seems like a number of people are ready to move on to different airlines because of this development.

I've been an Emirates fanatic for the last 5-6 years and have been a silver member for the last 2. I've had to go through a lot of trouble to make sure that I travel Emirates everytime i fly. Access to the business lounge was obviously one of the better perks i enjoyed as a silver member.

However, now the idea of having to walk to a terminal other than where my flight is supposed to be to use the lounge sounds ridiculous to me, espescially when it is the airline's hub that we are talking about.

I don't think i'm ready to add another tiresome aspect to my travel plans. It's time to move on to a different airline.
