does CO have to be out of ST before they can begin to allow recip elite and lounge bennies on UA and US? no code sharing or anything yet, just mileage accrual and recip elite benefits.

it would be ideal if they announced recip benefits on UA just like we had on NW and then benefits on US just like we had on DL. with all lounges being fair game.

or enhance it and give all three recip to each others elite for upgrades and lounges. being in PHX that would work best for me.
