Thanks. I'm actually in Italy already (Verona) and this is for the return to the UK (LGW). It's surprisingly hard (as I don't speak Italian) to find out what the story is! A delayed flight I don't mind, that happens all the time. It's a cancellation that would be quite unwelcome!
