It is actually a couple of unions (according to LEGGE) here in Rome. That said, the flights might well be on time. It will be getting from the airport to your hotel that might be a bit more interesting. I think in Rome many of the buses/trains/metros are going to be effected, so keep that in mind when you arrive at the airport.
