Someone quoted one of my earlier posts and I think if I add a little more specifics it may help. I was able to access the WC lounges at NW major hubs from Nov 6th thru Nov 29th at DTW x2 and MEM x2. MEM didn't swipe me in but rather just let me in on the 6th of November. This was right around the day of the merger announcement.
Just went through my inbox and look at the e-mail reply I recieved from one of the customer service reps from delta.com:
This rep must have been mis-informed as I have had no trouble getting into these lounges.

I just received an email from SkyMiles that the Merger with NWA has gotten the green light and I will be flying Northwest my next couple transatlantic flights. Does this now mean that I can access the NWA lounges with my SkyMiles Reserve card and not just the Crown Room Club lounges?
