Yes, yesterday they were, and the NY and Boston flights. The Toronto and Montreal flights got in last night in the middle of the night (3:07 for the Toronto flight.)

So far today, nothing appears to have landed but all the flights that weren't canceled have left. Unfortunately, most of those aren't AC flights.

It occurs to me the fact that I bought my ticket from UA (it is a code-share) might work to my advantage today since they may have different rules for switching to another routing. Will call them as soon as we know when we can be packed.
