I have a totally unused F class KUL-SIN-KUL e-ticket and one half of a refundable SIN-BKK-SIN ticket that I'd like to get refunded, both approx. 2 years old, both bought off the SQ web-site.

I will be in SIN on a lay over sometime this month. Is there a customer friendly location at Changi or should I do this at the Orchard Road CTO?
